All of our dealings from calling to inquire about a tank, installing the tank originally, to questions, to refills have been great with Virginia Propane. They were referred to us by a friend who is heavy user of propane for his house. The drivers making deliveries are very nice, personable and accommodating. This year's price for first fill up is almost double last year, and we hope to see that come down later. We know everyone is dealing with that issue, especially if they are use less as we do for just gas logs. With early cold this year, we will probably use our gas logs much more than last year.

We have been a client for many years. We always get consistent and competent service. When I call into the office I get personalized service and not some automated system response. And when the delivery team arrives, they are always thorough and professional. And in a past season we got caught without the gas heat (because we forgot to check!) during a cold snap and this team helped to make my delivery a priority so we wouldn’t have to go a night without our heat. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for excellent service and product.

The people I dealt with at Virginia Propane were amazing. From getting my account setup, locating an underground tank where few were available due to Covid 19 pandemic related shortages to installing it quickly to allow my family to move into our new home on schedule!

I live the professionalism of your office staff when placing my order. I appreciate the kindness and the respect from the gentleman (truck driver) who delivers the propane and fills my tank. I don't know his name but he has been delivering to me over the years. The info. from my receipt is Truck 4153 BT Driver 1773. He has always been polite and very kind and I am going to make it my business to ask him his name. We always talk when he delivers and I should have been asked his name
