I like that I can monitor my tank level remotely from the website and the monthly budget payments are really helpful especially after this most recent fill up given the current state of the economy/inflation. David my delivery person is a really great guy and always has a happy disposition. Its always good too see him show up and have a quick "hello" for the few minutes he is here taking care of business.
I do wish though that prices were a little more competitive. Before Virginia Propane merged with Superior the pricing levels were much lower.
I was not home when the tanks were filled.

It is a pleasure doing business with you. When I call I get a professional and friendly associate who helps me in a timely manner. Even when I run out of propane and I know there is a demand for it I haven't had to wait too long for a delivery. Also when I call I haven't been put on hold or haven't had to wait for someone to answer. They have always exceeded my exceptions.
Customer Service was great this past weekend when we had a leak issue.
Did not have a good experience with previous companies. This company has been quick to fill up my tank. Love the online billing. And Va Propane is very competitive.

Friendly and courteous assistance on the phone and the delivery folks are the same. I especially like having prior notice of a delivery so I can keep the dogs inside until completed. All around great service.
