The staff (all the staff) are very knowledgeable and friendly and really spend the time to ensure you walk out with what you came to the store for. Able to have super quick turnaround on repairs. Most places nearby have 2 weeks and have to follow up. The automated sms is brilliant. Communication and is paramount with me and trek Belmont get my ‘Yeti’ race spec and on the trail quickly. Thanks.
