Jimmy at Belmont goes over and above to serve, even helping someone as far away as Dunsborough.
He knows his geometry inside out, has an excellent, meticulous attention to detail (even picking up on a few small changes 'not quite right' required for the bike on pick up) and helped me learn how to use the features of my Checkpoint.
He carefully and patiently went through which extra products I needed depending on how I was going to use it and really went the extra mile.

Whilst lm not big on Trek, they have some great bikes. The store service is amazing and will have what lm looking for. Much easier walking in and taking it away than this online crap. :)

When I put my bikes in for service, there is always a very quick turnaround. I am always kept informed about the work that needs doing and how much it will cost. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Products are great too!
