Well, I like Dr. Browning, Physicans Asst. Regina Nolte ( spelling ), the staff is nice too!! I didn't like waiting 1hr and 35 minutes however on my last
appointment. But Regina apologised and said it had been a VERY BUSY day . Of course I understand there are days like that but someone
else might have walked out !

The initial office visit started on time and had significant content. Dr. K met all of my expectations.

Came back a day later to have blood drawn. 8:15 appointment didn't start until 8:45. Why was my time wasted in the lobby?

It's professional. The Doctor I saw, Dr. Krenzer, explains everthing in layman terms. He is detailed but doesn't confuse you with a lot medical jargon.

Clean, friendly, the staff treats you as if you were family. Any questions or concerns you may have they are will in to help or go the extra mile. What I especially liked was when a patient came in from feeling faint the staff took really good care of her to get her blood sugar back up and even canceled her appt that she was on the way to... Great group of women... Crystal Whitaker is a very pleasant and friendly young lady.
