Online pre-check-in, rapid check-in on arrival - my physician's assistant was even waiting to escort me to his office and perform her preparatory medical checks while I was completing my arrival check-in, during my most recent visit.

Personal is always pleasant, happy and friendly. Often go above and beyond to assist. Angela in precert/authorizations did not stop until she got several scans coordinated for me. Dr Hoxha is one of the best PCP I have ever had and I am 77 yrs old. She listens, giving you total eye contact and attention when you explain problems you are having. She quickly creates a treatment plan for you and makes you feel confident about that plan.

The staff is very helpful and compassionate.
Dr. LaCroix listens and understands and addresses my concerns.
He really takes the time to listen, order appropriate tests and follow up. I feel very comfortable talking to him regarding health concerns. Bottom line…..I trust him and believe he is an outstanding PCP. And as an RN, I can tell you, this is rare.

Appreciate all the electronic notifications and check in provisions. Able to make appointments which are completed in a timely manner. Dr LaCroix addresses concerns efficiently and make referrals as required. Check-in nurse was very nice and took care of paperwork issues for me.
