What do you like about our office?

Able to make annual wellness appointment in reasonable time frame. Receptionists are professional and check-in patients efficiently. Wait time is reasonable. Nurse is professional in taking vitals for visit and listening to patient wurstions. Dr. LaCroix is professional in reviewing bloodwork, treating patient, ask if any questions, listens and provides answers. Asked about refills and on this we miscommunicated. I thought I said no refills. But he submitted me for another refill of statins that I just had refilled. No problem, I just had pharmacy cancel it. Baptist has user friendly patient website. Overall happy with Dr LaCroix & Baptist.

What do you like about our office?

Nice and very efficient staff. Kelly is really nice and on point all the time. She works very hard. Dr. Rosenbaum is the best PC I ever have. Kudos to him. Give him more to compensate for his hard work.

Dr. Rosenbaum and Kelly are absolutely wonderful. They both explain things very clearly, are logical and don't assess blame. The office itself appears to be very well run. Waits are not very long and both Dr Rosenbaum and Kelly are busy, but always take the time to provide good care. I feel like I'm more than just a number and really matter.

Love Dr. LaCroix! What an improvement since switching to him after what’s his face retired and the NPRN I always saw quit.
Staff is very personable.
Love the phlebotomist and convenience of having the on-site lab.
