It started with the entrance into the office waiting room where is it so clean, then right back to the exam room. You can tell the office is well maintained. My doctor visit was performed in a professional manner and all my concerns were addressed by Dr.Krenzer.I look forward to a long relationship with Baptist Primary Care of Baymeadows.

I enjoy going to a doctors office where the staff and patients are all very polite. The staff is excellent at doing their job efficiently and professionally. I actually do believe that the staff of doctors and nurses care about their patients well being. They don't just run an assembly line style office , in and out... next, they provide healthcare where you actually believe they care!

Dr. Browning is an amazing doctor. He has always been there for me no matter what. He is caring and takes the time to listen. The rest of the staff has always treated me as if we were family. I love them all. Thank you Dr. Browning and staff for caring so much!!!
