The staff is very helpful. They take the time to make me feel like a person, as opposed to feeling like I am in the way of there work load. It is nice to feel as if people care about the person, as opposed to another case.

Your office staff is very nice and helpful. This was my first time at this office and I felt very comfortable there. Dr. Krenzer really cared about my well-being. I appreciate that he wasn't trying to rush me so he could see his next patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made my visit seem important.
