The people who work in the Watertown NY office are very customer oriented. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help you, anyway they can. We needed a new furnace, got a decent price on a propane furnace, two days after arriving, it was installed & running. If anyone asks me about where to get their propane, fuel oil or a new furnace, You will be my answer.
