We requested tank change out and was scheduled for install. Unfortunately the office failed to call us prior to scheduled time/ date to inform us that one of the installer's was out for the week. We called the Lowville, NY office to inquire as to the status of this work scheduled for today. Kristen (Lowville, NY Office) was apologetic and explained the issues and rescheduled the work for the next available opening. She also indicated that they would provide adjustment to billing as I needed to take the day off from work to allow access to the house. Work was completed in a neat and timely manner. Costumer services use to be paramount to Business. It's nice to see that Superior Propane has not forgot this by providing live and courteous costumer service.
