Hi...what I like is the friendly attitude of office workers, especially Linda....have interacted with her with a couple places of employment and she always listens and cares. Also, the automatic tank reader is great!!! For years I had to call to dispatch and tell them I needed fuel bcuz we are a whole house propane user....heat, hot water, cooking. Also, Aaron, our delivery person is friendly and accommodating....all times in all weather!!
In past years I had issues w/Griffith driver, left for Pominville Oil, it sold to Mohawk Oil & came back after Griffith bought out Mohawk and ALL has been doing good since!
We bought a camp in here in 2001 and moved into our home we built in Nov. 2004 @ Hiawatha Lake and live year round since then.

Deliveries are automatic, no effort on my part which is huge because I don't have time to monitor the tanks, and most of all NO EXTRA FEES. Really upsets me when companies charge fees.

The people behind the company make Superior the best. The customer service is top notch. Our deliveries are consistent and communications are thorough and timely. As a second homeowner, I never have to worry about running low on propane with the new sensor that allows me to check my levels online. I highly recommend Superior!

Always get good service, the employees at the Lowville office are always polite. I appreciate most that they accomadate me with only doing delivery when I call for it. We do not like the big trucks on our long driveway in the winter, they break up the packed down snow and make a mess of it. Thank you.
