Very responsive when I call in need of propane delivery
We have 2 accounts in NY. With long-distance communication, your customer service rep. In Lowville has been kind and considerate. Sometime things got confusing, keys not opening doors, which house to deliver fuel to, cleaning and more...you made it happen. Very appreciative.
Griffith Energy works with me on pricing and being that we live quite remote, a meter was placed on my tank so that they know when I need a delivery instead of me harassing them to come deliver when we have a colder month. Everyone in the office is also very helpful when I call. All works very well for us and Griffith...Thanks!
