Jim, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain everything. Very easy to schedule on line. I like the on line portal for all my needs - easy to navigate. Prices are competitive for service and propane.

I like Lunda St. Louis, because, she is always friendly and very efficient.
They oil is always delivered within first two or three days after ordering.
I would happily recommend Griffith Energy to my friends, because, of the above!
The ladies in the office are always so pleasant and helpful to get you your delivery as soon as possible. Then the men that deliver the oil are so friendly and polite. Would never use any other company.
Have done what is asked of them where other fuel companies do not.

3) Reduced cost of product compared to other vendors.

Deliver oil with no issues.
Your the best in customer service. IN suspect LP gas is just that. I think your prices could be a little bit better. I also think you should be a little flexible when LP is needed beyond the contract.

All the people we had dealings with were wonderful. Your pricing is competitive if not better. We were with our last company almost 20 years, unfortunately they had no loyalty for longevity. Hopefully we will be with Griffith/Superior for the long haul.
You are easily reachable by phone. I can talk to a real person on the phone and get an answer to my questions right away. You know the status of my account and can tell me what it is quickly and accurately. The need for a phone call is infrequent due to your staying on top of my fuel delivery needs but, your accessibility by phone is still very important.
The people we talk to on the phone and the man who does not let us run out of heating oil.
