Fast and friendly service. Deliveryman is aware of our pitbull and not afraid. Deliveryman checks to see if we need filled up and gave advice on when to fill up over the summer so we wouldn't waste money filling up when we didn't need to. He was professional and very knowledgeable.

The tech that serviced was young and did not do a very clean job.We had heating oil on the carpet in the cellar.We had oil smell all through the house,the white cloth under the burner saturated with oil also the one under the tank filter wet through with oil.I removed both and replaced with cardboard.The one under the burner was saturated the next day I called your service dept on Sat morning.A different tech on call came and replaced the fuel pump. Screw heads were stripped top cover to furnace not on properly.Problems corrected by the tech that came on Sat morning I do not want to get the young man in trouble but he has to learn. I also have discussed this with the Lowville office

I do not like the telephone pole outside the Lowville office. It was quite expensive to have my car repaired after that darn pole leaned into my car as I backed out of the parking area. True but not really YOUR fault.
