Friendly service
I was planning on calling to get a delivery this late fall. I hadn't been to my cabin in a while and I used a lot of propane over a 6 day stay earlier in the year but your company made the auto delivery and again after another long use week recently. It was very convenient. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't know about the first delivery for over a month before I got up there and realized there was a delivery. Your customers should be notified when that happens. We don't all use your services for our primary residences. I like to pay my bills in a timely fashion. I didn't like that your company was waiting for payment because I didn't know there was a delivery.
Your service is top notch. I called for oil and propane and within two days (holiday in between) they were here and gone. I always have you clean the heater in the spring and it has never given me any trouble.

I have been extremely happy with your services. we took possession of our house 1854 kotary road constabileville 13325 on april 8th 2015. oil tanks were empty and when I called they were promptly filled. I had to have both furnaces serviced and cleaned. I was extremely happy with the technicians work. very thorough and proud. He even asked if he could sign his name on the furnaces for a job well done. I wish my employees were as proud of their work as he is. I believe his name was Jim. since then I also hooked up a propane generator and again great service. Thanks Dave Last name removed.

You call to let us know when you are having specials - usually on fuel oil. We have only run out of propane once in 22 years. My issues have always been addressed promptly. Prices are lowest when I check around.

but we are locked in at $1.99 gal. Didn't receive a receipt from our last delivery person.

Service and price.
For the most part, I think everything Griffith does for its customers is first class; however, on a few occasions, they have let me down. Specifically, with the auto fill, I have run out of fuel a few times. Other than that, Two thumbs up.
Service is absolutely wonderful! We are extremely pleased customers of Griffith Energy and would certainly recommend them!
