We use propane for our dryer and for cooking only and not for heating, it pleases me when we are on automatic fill up and we have never run out.
Over all the service and products are good. I would give a higher rating; however, I have run out of fuel almost every year. Additionally, I have my boiler serviced every other year and the fuel filter was so dirty that the boiler shut down last year. I suspect dirty fuel.
Since we live 6 hours away from our rental camps we need to rely on services in the area to keep us up to date. I hope that Griffith Energy is committed to that kind of service. We would hope that our tank is being monitored so our guests always have sufficient fuel for their needs. It would be great if a gage could be put on the tank to let us know how much propane is in the tank. That way we could report to you if we needed a refill.

We have used Griffith Energy for years and have had very few problems. When we do have an issue - it is taken care of in a timely fashion. I like that my propane is delivered on a schedule and I don't have to worry about running out. I also like that they call when there is a special on fuel oil or other products.
