Friendly, professional and courteous staff - great people! Although we have had past service problems, we are hopeful it will not be a problem in the future. Had thought we were on a monthly service schedule, but had no delivery in May or June this year. Luckily did not run out, but it did come close. We also used to get a ticket when delivery was made, but have not had one in a while, although we understand we are to be given one with each delivery.

I have been a customer for a little more than a year for a new property I bought. I am so far VERY pleased with the services from GRIFFITH. My propane tank is filled without me having to call. I also had to have GRIFFITH come to my location twice for service. Once when my outside regulator was making noise. I called in the early afternoon and the rep I spoke with was able to send a tech to me within one hour. He was great and also found some other issues with my regulator and vents that were not up to code and fixed them promptly. This did not cost me anything. I had another service call just last week to add multiple gas lines and hook ups to my new addition to my cabin. I had gone in to the local office the day before and again the rep was able to get the tech there the following day. This was ESPECIALLY helpful as I was leaving the cabin the next day and I wanted to be there for the installation. Special thanks to Ashley (rep) and Jim B.(tech) in the Lowville NY office. They are both very personable and professional. Jim is an outstanding tech who not only evokes a lot of trust from me but really seems to genuinely care about what he does.
