I replied to your previous feedback request stating I was not happy with the price I was charged for kerosene. I received an immediate response from Jamie, my area's manager. My pricing issue was addressed to my satisfaction. Jamie also helped me to locate and contact another Superior Plus branch for my mother who lives in a different area. I am very impressed with the response time to my issue as well as Jamie's helpful and friendly professionalism.

When I run out of oil I can call them anytime and they will deliver the oil that same day or as soon as possible. The driver was very nice and I like the company. They are very nice to me.

So glad we switched to propane, instead of oil - saving all sorts of money. Service is good, but I have only one complaint. Since we're not at the Lake during the winter, I don't seem to get any notices of tank fillings. I called a few weeks ago and asked that either a letter or an email be sent to me listing all the fill dates and the amount of propane used/remaining since February of 2015, which is the last receipt I've gotten. So far, I've received nothing. Would appreciate it if someone could pass on this request before we return in May!!
