I was quoted a delivery price that was outrageous compared to what my neighbor pays. I spoke w/a rep who did everything in her power to help. I was seriously thinking of leaving superior, but she promised she would send an email and someone would be in touch. (I have had several delivery issues in the past and a bit skeptical of everything, but even then, they always worked for an amicable resolution). A woman from their service team reached out and was very "matter of fact". She was able to really do everything possible in my eyes - and I was very satisfied to say the least. I've been with Superior for some time now, i can honestly say I feel as though I am a very valued customer. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I’ve had excellent service from this local business for many years now, but now they are difficult to get a hold of directly because the larger “parent company”, Superior Plus Propane, gets in the way of dealing with Warner’s directly.
It is my professional suggestion that Superior Plus Propane should let Warner deal with their local customers as they always have, with great customer service.
auto delivery is good , don't need to call for propane. Have not run out of fuel in a long time.

I have done business with Warner's / Superior Plus for over 20 years. They have always provided us with excellent service and also very fair market pricing. They have many options to help with annual needs for heating including prebuy, budget and other plans. i would highly recommend them for all your propane needs.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the last driver who delivered my propane. They caused minimal disturbance to the vegetation in front of the tank (goldenrod and other wildflowers), only pushing aside as much as they absolutely needed to. I was so happy when I saw this...I hope this becomes regular practice. Thank you!!!

The personalized atttention we got during a stressful time after the recent Tornado was most appreciated. With the loss of electricity and notice that we would not get it back for another day, we were looking at the possibility of the generator shutting down. For us this meant the high probability that we would be facing not only the flooding of our basement but the pressure of water pressure against our back cellar wall since we also had a sump pump operating outside of it to relieve the pressure of a spring close to it.
Allison took the time to listen why we were most concerned which got us to receive a refill the same day. I am sure she received hundreds of calls that day and could have easily just put us on a list but she accurately “listened”.
