The customer service was very good. I ordered LP for a rental house, and the tank was almost empty. The rep called the dispatcher to tell him to send the delivery sooner rather than later, if possible. I had it in 2 days..
The one thing I am not happy about is the price. $5.40 a gallon? Yikes.

Service was Great after Bill Tennant looked at tank & installed a new one to be sure it was a problem. He checked stove and knew what the problem was & connected with the repairman to fix it. repairman called and appointment was scheduled for Monday July 14.

I have liked the Warner family Propane service for over 20 years. They are friendly, honest, and hard workers who are always ready to answer questions and make helpful suggestions.
Warner has been great for years. I am very upset with my latest delivery though. I have never taken delivery this late in the year and was shocked when they filled my tank. I am putting my place up for sale in a couple months and I now have a full tank and a $600 plus bill.
