The gas truck arrives on time every month during cold weather, so I don't have to call to request delivery. I like knowing that my gas tanks will be filled at the beginning of every month and that I won't run out of gas. Automatic debit makes bill-paying easy; I don't have to worry about being late for a payment.

Your prompt service and the online app. What I'm not happy about is the sudden increase in my per gallon price. I was at $2.24 last year and being new to the Propane world, didn't realize i needed to get a hold of you and negotiate a price for the fall and winter season. So with the first bill I get charged $3.99 a gallon, call to see whats up, they tell me but were kind enough because of my ignorance lowered it to $3.14. Now I thought this was going to be my price but have had two fills since then and the price is back at $3.99. Not to happy with this but I guess I need to play the game and get prices from all your competitors that are knocking on my door. Thanks again for the prompt service, sorry I'm behind on my bill, I'll catch up, just about $400 more than I had figured.

The decades of service we have received from then Griffith Energy, and now Superior Energy, have been a span of great service combined with great prices, all delivered (literally & figuratively) by folks we regard as extended family. From Avery our driver all the way up through the office personnel who manage our accounts to the administrators who pave the way forward in such challenging times! Technician stayed in cold weather to get problem fixed in inclement weather. Fuel delivery came when promised. Very dependable service.
I have had very good assistance from local help. Corporate--not so much. I sent a check to cover the remainder of last year's budget balance, and the folks in Boston or wherever broke up the payment and didn't cover the "non budget miscellaneous balance" . I had included a note that I wanted them to pay off that old balance, and they didn't do it.

I like the online checking of the level in the tank. I like seeing my bill online. I like not having to call for a delivery, but instead, it comes automatically. I like that the delivery people are respectful to my yard, etc. I like the friendliness and knowledge of the people/person who answers the phone if I call with a question. I think I pretty much like everything! Thank you

Great Price and Great Service
The personality. I was completely out of propane which heats not only my water but my home. I was out due to financial hardships. When I reached out they were able to work with me and get me a delivery within 2 hours of my initial call. During one of the coldest weeks of the year.
