I really like the website for looking up my account and knowing my current tank volume. I'm going to get the app too. You are great at negotiating annual contracts given we are long time customers, and you're on top of our delivery needs, so we're very happy. It also is important to know who can service our furnace, so please keep that info in mind annually if that changes, since I know you don't provide furnace maintenance, but I call to confirm who you recommend because we trust you, thanks for all you do!

We have been using Griffith Energy since 2009 and they have always come when we needed them. When you depend on propane for heating and cooking that is important. We recently smelt the odor of gas, called Griffith and they had someone here in less than a half hour, who found and fixed the problem immediately.

I like the fact that you keep track of my Propane level so that I'm unlikely to run out. I also like that I can see my Propane level on line, as well as my next scheduled delivery. And I like that I have been able to split my balance into payments.
