They make sure i dont run out
The patient phone rep I reached when I called to tell them I would not go paperless with my account billing was a good listener. She understood where my concerns lie . I do not trust paying on my phone . My friends and I are being inundated with scams and we can no longer trust doing business online. Her tone was not judgmental, and I am relieved I do not have to change companies. First name removed
