Dr Kim and his office staff, nurses, and lab personnel all work cohesively to provide excellent patient care, testing, scheduling, follow-ups and treatment. Dr Kim also has a very attentive and supportive style; he listens to his patient’s input and asks relevant questions, leading to a very collaborative course of treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr Kim and his Orland Park staff to my friends and family.

Doctor Kim was very personal and professional. Unfortunately his staff failed to properly do their job in retrieving my test results as they were in the computer for at least a day prior to my appointment but they couldn’t find them causing me to attempt several contacts with the lab and then resending the results.

An appointment with the Urologist is never something that I look forward too. But Dr. Pierpaoli always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. He answers all my questions, and I never feel rushed.
