I thought the staff was very nice and Dr.
User was very knowledgeable and streamlined things. Dr. User was very kind and had a nice personality. I was impressed with his ability to quickly assess my issue and make sure we looked at all angles. I've been a patient at AUS before under Ewa and Dr. User was just as fantastic. I was very happy with how soon I was able to get on Dr. User's schedule. When I call with a question to the nurse line (multiple times now), the nurse is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Dr. Pierpoali has a friendly demeanor which creates relaxed environment for communication. Dr. Is great very knowledgeable along with providing effective treatments for Urological issues.

EXCELLANT doctor who takes the time to TALK with me, and exhibits a REAL concern for my health ... Being almost 80 yrs old, these are traits that are important to me, not to mention he did a OUTSTANDING job with my surgery, I couldn't be happier ... I have TOTAL CONFIDENT in his ability ... He is very caring with his patients and he telephones his patients directly to inform us of test results.

Dr. Pierpaoli takes his time to answer all of his patients questions gives his patients time to think about his suggestions and he is very informative.
