Dr. User is par excellence.
As far as the front staffs are concerned there is a big difference between the Chicago riidge and the Orland Park staffs. The Orland Park staffs are more caring and pleasant to deal with. The Chicago Ridge staff makes patients shiver for the arrogant attitude of one of them, very unpleasant to deal with indeed!
As a former manager of a Medical Office I know how the front desk staff should interact with the patients.
