Very efficient Office. I always get in to see Dr. Kim on time. Dr. Kim is leaving and I’m extremely sad about losing him. He’s too far away for me to drive. I have to say Dr. Kim is one of the best doctors I’ve ever experienced in my 77 years his bedside manners are extremely pleasing without even mentioning his knowledge of medicine. He always made me feel at ease when I visited, and it was almost as though each time I visited, I was coming to see a friend gonna miss this guy a lot.

Dr. "Z" is kind, he's a good listener, but most importantly, he's an excellent physician. He has made an immense difference in our lives by his care & great concern for my husband & his ongoing urological problem. We have been in situations where I don't know what we would have done without Dr. "Z".
It would be great is Dr. "Z" could be available in your Orland Park office more frequently than 1 day a week. We have had some scary emergencies & getting through to that office is almost impossible without going through the triage & then waiting for someone to call you back. I understand the whole idea of a triage, but it's still very frustrating when you are looking for help & no one is available. Maybe this is something your office can work on in the future. It could make a big difference, in my opinion.
