I have been a patient of Dr. Kim's for over 10 years. Overactive bladder and urinary incontinence are sensitive topics. Dr. Kim always answers my questions and concerns professionally and without causing undue embarrassment. He is always honest regarding what he thinks may be the best treatment options for me. Dr. Kim is always smiling and pleasant, and never rushes through a patient consultation or services.
I did recently recommend Dr. Kim to a couple friends, but discovered that he is leaving this practice and is not accepting new patients.
His nurses and other clinical staff have also been top notch. Most are friendly, considerate and professional. I have had no complaints with anyone on the clinical side.
On the administration side, there was a receptionist in the office for many years that was "all business." Never smiled or made small talk with patients while processing their intake. I don't remember her name. The current receptionist is great, as are the other people managing the front desk.

Let's face it guys, as we get older upwards of 80% of us will experience some sort of prostate issue. Dr Pierpaoli has the mannerism and expertise to allay any fears and prescribe the proper medication and/or treatment that may be required. I trust he has my best interest at heart and I'm sure he will have yours as well.
I arrived early, had filled out the forms Online, and was taken care of before my designated appointment!! Dr. Steven was as polite and answered all my questions while explaining what I should do to follow up on my elevated PSA!! A great experience all-around!!

I am a 82 year old male that had a problem with the need to urinate about every hour because of an enlarged prostate we tried several meds but nothing seemed to help so on February 4, 2025 at Dr. Pier poli‘s recommendation I had a minimal invasive procedure perform to cut off part of the blood supply to my prostrate, causing it to shrink. now, three months after the procedure most nights I only have to get up once instead of five or six times. I am no longer a slave to my prostrate. I am so grateful to Dr. Pier poli for guiding me to have this procedure.
