Dr. Berger is thorough in explaining things. He listens and explains all options for treatment and care. The staff is exceptional. I was highly impressed with their level of care and customer service excellence. I feel like I'm in good hands there. It's professional but warm and friendly.

The office has gotten better, if you are asking about the office help. Taking a little more explaining things.
Waiting time seems to be better too.
Dr User looks over his tablet and studies things and ask questions. Answers any questions one may have.
