Ms. Brann discussed my test results with me. She said there was no urinary infection and I needed to drink more water.

I followed her advice and felt back to normal in 24 hours. I truly appreciate being scheduled the same morning I called for an appointment.

She is a human being first. Medically, she took the time to explain the pros and cons of different deliveries of the same medication and also what would enhance what my body was deficient in, naturally. I really appreciate appreciate the time she took with me as I feel like she gave me the information (regarding my care) that she would have given to a son or a nephew. So, I'm a fan.

Doctor Kim is a very caring person, very knowledgeable. Very sad to be informed of him leaving the practice. I will miss his bedside matters with dealing with me and my issues. The visits were friendly and informative. And Dr. Kim was kind enough to refer me to Dr. DeFranco. Wish Dr. Kim much success with his new practice and look forward with my new doctor. Also, the staff at the Chicago Ridge office is top notch when it comes to customer support/service. It's a pleasant visit going to the office.

Doctor Kim is such a pleasant man to talk to . He explains everything so well so you can understand what your problem is. He also explains about the new medicine you will be taken. Next a follow up visit so he can check up on you. If you have a problem while on the new medicine just call him.
