Years ago, when I was looking for a good Urologist in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, a receptionist at another doctor’s office recommended Dr. DeFranco, but prefaced it with, “You’ll be lucky if you can get in to see him. He’s very much in demand!” Well, luck was with me, and I have been seeing him for more than a decade. He is a very smart, very down-to-earth guy, who listens to my concerns and guides me. Going to see him is like going to see a trusted friend.

Dr. User is an excellent professional who also has a great personality and has a sense on humor in dealing with his patients. We really like our visits with him. He has helped with my condition greatly and I feel I am in very competent hands. I am glad I had chosen this Urology group and in particular, Dr. Herbert User.

The visit was done in a timely manner. Most of my questions were answered before I asked them. The ones that weren't got answered to my satisfaction. I left with no questions or anxiety. It was a very positive experience.
