I want to take the time to tell the ofc personally and Dr. Kim about how you were able to accommodate me and my momma even though we were late. Traffic today was unbelievably delayed with the interstate traffic's issues and what not. As always appreciate the time Dr Kim take to answer my elderly momma's questions even though they have been repeat questions. :( But I truly appreciate you making it work for my mom and I despite the issues we presented you today. When U show up for the appointment, he took his time and listened. Most Doctor appointment they rush in and get out fast,he listened answered my question and helped order my purscripton right there in office and told me the price. I did sales for 23 years I can tell when U care or U are full of it.

Dr Oguejifore is awesome! He's very down to earth, easy to talk with and takes his time for all my questions. He did my surgery which took a long time, he said he doesn't worry about how long it takes just that he gets it right. He praises god before taking any credit for himself. Would and will recommend him to everyone!

Now about office! It took me 4 days of calling leaving messages for someone to give me a a post-op appointment. Was told that Mondays are real busy that's why they didn't get back to me. Left voicemail on post-op schedulers machine, on Tuesday and still had to call Wednesday and Thursday to finally get a return call to set appointment.
Also it would be professional that when your office answers a call, the person could give their name. I've had to ask almost every time who am I speaking with? They are reluctant to say who they are, don't understand it.
