He nice and he right up front with you

Well even though I had to wait 3 weeks to get in to see him, once I got there I did not have to wait long to be called into a room since I filled out all my paperwork online. Once I got in the room I only waited about 5 minutes until the doctor came in. He answered all my questions the whole visit from the time I got there until I left was less than an hour.

I am very pleased with Dr. Berger. He spent the time to explain every option I have and went into detail what comes next in my treatment if necessary. I look forward to returning for my next appointment.

Pure professionalism. Dr User has a genuine concern for the health and well being of his patients. I know I’m in good hands (literally!).
Regarding his staff, everybody does their best to ensure your visit is done in a timely fashion (which isn’t always easy because Dr User spends quality time with each patient, addressing questions and concerns). The staff is also cordial and professional as well.

His mannerism and frankness

Dr Brann was very thorough, listened to my concerns and sent prescription in making it available to pick up on the way home. I called for an appointment and received a call back to see her the next day. I have been a patient at the Palos office since 2015 and have always received excellent service. The staff is great.
