Obviously, the most important aspect of your service is the lack of harsh chemicals used in the process and left behind after the process is complete. Secondly, the technician presented himself in a professional manner. I trusted him being in my house unlike other service people from other trades. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the service before he started. He was very diligent in cleaning the carpets. He was not in a 'hurry' to get to his next appointment. The edge guards placed around the house showed me he cared about my house. Overall, I had a very positive experience and have already passed my thoughts onto friends, coworkers, and our daycare provider. Thank your for your service.

I was not at the house when the technician showed up but my son remarked that he was very professional and pleasant. He did an excellent job and my carpet looks great. I probably will be calling soon to schedule an appointment to have my ducts cleaned.
