He also showed a great interest in another carpeted room that can't be cleaned with conventional carpet cleaning method (including his) but he really wanted to learn about it and maybe in the future zerorez will be able to offer that method of cleaning also, and I would be happy to have them back! My service technician, Ray, was very informative. He explained all the treatments that were available and why they were necessary. He did an outstanding job with cleaning up various stains that had accumulated over the years. Our carpet is 11 years old and has never been cleaned so it was a pretty big job. I'm very pleased with the results!

The guys who cleaned out carpets were full of knowledge and gave us great tips for keeping carpets cleaner longer. I love there are no harsh chemicals and the maximum advance stain fighter is a great added plus. I love the clean look and fresh smell.

The company called and emailed me as a reminder of my appointment. They were accurate with their estimate. Travis the tech, was very polite and efficient. My carpets are very clean and it helped to reduce the dust in my house. My carpets didn't have any odor afterwards and they are very soft. I will definetly use them again in the future.
