Ok, I'm putting a 10 as the work was prompt, friendly, professional. But I truly don't know if I can recommend based on the misleading quote. And since I found out that our wonderful guys who cleaned our carpets are paid based on this survey! I don't think it's a fair way to pay employees.
We have had our carpets cleaned in the past and the pet stains reappeared after a day or two - this time that is NOT the case. They look and smell great! Your product works. Your employees are great. But I am questioning how this company is run...
