CARPET CLEANING IS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE ADVERTISING FOR 3 ROOM CLEANED FOR $139.00. THE ADVERTISMENT DOES NOT SPECIFY ROOM SIZE. I HAVE A LIVING ROOM, A BEDROOM, A 3-FOOT X 20 FT HALLWAY, PLUS 13 STEPS AND A SMALL LANDING. I WAS TOLD WHEN MAKING THE APPOINTMENT THAT THE COST WOULD BE $179.00.

The technician was helpful, professional and respectful. Our carpet is 22 years old and the walkways and hallway were quite soiled. Walkways were pretreated to release stains. We couldn't be happier--the carpet is clean and looks great.
