The carpets were cleaned very well and so was the duct work. The only issue I had on the duct work was that I think he missed three vents and I got billed $60 to clean them. They were ones that were higher up (above the door frames). This makes me concerned that he may have missed others and I just can't tell. I am not sure if he physically counted each vent or not. I ended up vacuuming out the loose drywall and dust that was in the opening and reapplied the cover. I would probably give an 8 on the duct work but I gave a 9 because the carpet guys were very thorough.
