Your associates' (one tech and one trainee) knowledge of your products and processes plus confidence of their abilities and desired results was exceptional. The job was expertly handled with observed thoroughness and quickness.
We were greatly satisfied with the completed job except for the total costs.
We did have dog urine odor concerns, and still do, in one bedroom which required applying your special bio liquid and extraction at the level II. It is stated in your brochures that it is not a guaranteed service, but the total cost of the "magic" bio liquid of $600. (10 gal @ $60/gal) is, in our opinion, quite excessive. We estimated that for another $600. - $800. we could have replaced that bedroom carpet entirely!
Other than that, we would highly recommend Zerorez for any and all carpet cleaning.
Quick and nice but I didn't get the free inspection for my aor my air ducts.

I wanted to thank Mike the tech that cleaned my basement carpet on Wednesday June 17th. Mike did a outstanding job explaining everything from A-Z concerning the cost as well as the services. I'm very happy with the end result;. I can't ask for much more than being at my house within the time window, plus calling me 15-20 minutes before arriving to give me a heads up he was on his way. Furthermore, after going over the details he got down to business cleaning the carpeting. What a job he did cleaning the carpeting from all the dust from various renovation projects. It's like night and day with the carpet. Extremely happy with the results! The next time we have carpeting cleaned the first and only call I will make is to ZeroRez, however, I will ask for Mike to do the cleaning. You can have the greatest product in the world however, if you don't choose talented people to represent your product/service tend to go in and out of business very quickly. The business that are in it for the long hall understand they have to pay for talented performers like "Mike" who went above and beyond the majority of employees to make me feel very happy choosing ZeroRez!!
