The guys were very good especially the one that did the actual cleaning very hard worker. The stains mostly came out except the basement. What I didn't care for is is took over twenty hours to dry even with fans and a dehumidifier. May need your for a touch in the basement. Mrs. Biggs

Very clean and felt good on my barefeet.
Blake was professional and courteous. He explained the zerorez procedure and answered my questions. A stain which we had 'cleaned' with our rug doctor had reappeared - we had pretty much decided it was a permanent problem in the carpet - however, the stain removal process and water extraction did the trick and the carpet again has a future in our home! Other work that was done, as well as explanation of the products left with us, was also great. Dittos for Danny who accompanied Blake on this job.

It was more about the service. We had carpet cleaners in the past come in and an hour later leave with there check. And nothing was really done except throw water on it with some soap. My techs explained what really needed to be done to clean my carpets and although it cost more the job they did was done right. And we are very satisfied.

I appreciate that Blake and Paul called about twenty minutes before their arrival. They did an outstanding job on my carpet and tile.
