The staff at Zerorez were great and very helpful! From the team that came out to give us an estimate, to the team that did the cleaning, all the way to staff who greeted me on my first call, and the dispatcher who scheduled my appointment, everyone was professional, thought about our company and needs first, and did what we wanted... not just what they thought we should do. It was a great experience, no pushy salesmen, courteous staff around the board, a cleaning team that was on time, prompt, and ensured I was satisfied prior to leaving, and now our carpets and tiles are amazingly clean!! That is what it's all about!

The carpet did not feel crust or hard after the cleaning. I liked the fact that no harsh chemicals are being used.

We used a water to extract the urine out of the carpet. Nathan was great with explaining how things work. I love the clean smell of my carpets!!! The extraction tool is way cool and I like how fast everything was.
