The person who cleaned my carpet was very professional. We went to each room that I wanted cleaned. I gave him my report on the stains I had. He gave me his professional suggestions. He also wanted to keep the cleaning within my budget. After talking with him I decided on the Platinum package. Which actually saved me $400.00. Yes it was pricey. But when it came to cleaning my carpets I wanted it done right, and as much stain removal he could do. He was not pushy with what he thought should be done. I made the decision myself. The carpet looks great!

We had our furnace and ducts clean. The tech that came out was very informative about what he was going to do. He showed us before and after pictures when he was done. I was surprise to see the dust and cobwebs in the ducts and now the ducts are cleaned. I dust my house afterwards and my furniture still looks clean.

The employee sent to our house was very knowledgeable and thorough about what would be involved in the cleaning of our carpets. He explained the process very well. He did a wonderful job and we are very surprised by how clean our carpets are. We have lighter carpet that is 10+ years old and was stained quite a bit from everyday wear. We had actually decided to get new carpet once the winter months are over but this cleaning made such a difference we feel like we can wait a while to replace the carpet now!
