The product made the house smell better, it helped with a cat stain and the service was great. We talked over what needed to be done before the work was started. He gave me a few options.
carpets are not at wet as with some other processes. The carpet is very clean and free of residue.
It does an amazing job of cleaning out the dirt and stains and doesn't wear out my carpet. It actually made it look so much newer and revived it. I was thinking of tearing it out till I got it cleaned by Zerorez.

We had our furnace and ducts clean. The tech that came out was very informative about what he was going to do. He showed us before and after pictures when he was done. I was surprise to see the dust and cobwebs in the ducts and now the ducts are cleaned. I dust my house afterwards and my furniture still looks clean.
