We have used Zerorez twice for our carpet and rug cleaning. It was so easy to book my appointment online and I was able to get my appointment within just days! The tech. came in with shoe covers, went over everything with me, and I was able to pay easily through a link. Jordan did a great job getting my carpet cleaned- very efficient! I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

We had a couch that had water spots from our previous clean from another company and the technician. I think his name was Jay came out yesterday and was so awesome —he thoroughly explained. Everything—stayed our house after the consultation and reclaimed our sofa and it looks 99% brand new.!

Service providers who clean have been courteous and professional. They explain the cleaning process and if special treatment is needed for any stain. Overall I am pleased with Zero Rez services and will likely use them again, as well as recommend them to others.
