The service technician that cleaned our carpets was fantastic. He was very careful and went out of his way to do a great job. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. The carpets look great, and he spent extra time on some stains from spills. It was an excellent experience and we will use Zerorez again.

Very affable technician. It was difficult to get equipment to my mother's 3rd floor apartment. The work was wonderful and she was very pleased with the result. He made sure he got all the areas she wanted, and she even added one or two which he happily accomodated.
Price was less than the estimate (maybe I overmeasured?).
Would have them back readily, and recommend them highly.
