The chemicals used were non toxic. The use of just the right amount of water set to a certain heat level was perfect to get all the stains removed. Scott recommended only the services I needed and I was not pressured in anyway to add on any additional services.

No soap, detergent or any other elements left in the carpet to cause allergic reaction or the tendency to cling to dirt because the carpet threads are not free from some residue. The guard put on the carpeting helps resist wear and tear as well as dirt.

Zerorez did an awesome job cleaning our carpets!! Our carpets that were cleaned were quite dirty. They look awesome and we are so impressed with the job you guys did in our floors. Also, the gal who cleaned our carpets looked at other floors in our house that we thought we may have to replace. She has indicated she thought they were able to be cleaned. So we will be calling soon to set up a time to have them cleaned. Thank you!!
