No residue on carpet
We call Zerorez once every six months for a carpet cleaning due to pets. Though they do not have accidents on the floor we still use the pet treatment each time. The house always smells amazing after they are done, and the carpets look brand new. The service techs are very great and friendly. They do try to sell you some other services but I understand that it's part of business and they're not aggressive about it. They actually hooked me me with a service that I did not know they offered. They were able to remove a decent sized area of melted wax without destroying the carpets. Amazing service. I would highly recommend.
