Fresh light scents, the service man was knowledgeable and I knew exactly what I owed before he started. The couch and love set were cleaned and a pet stain wasremoved. The stairs were heavily stained and he spent some time getting them clean. The slate and grout entry way looks clean and fresh. I would recommend them to family and freinds.

First I hear your radio ads on KFAB, 1110 AM, Omaha, on a frequent basis. Gary Saddlemeyer speaks very highly of your process and I thought I would try it. Shauna Shestak was the technician, and I can see why she is a "Senior" technician, obviously because she knows her job. Explained what she was doing, very thorough, very professional. I had two specific areas that I was really concerned about, at the ends of the coffee table where grandkids spill food, drink, etc. Both those areas came out very clean. I was impressed and happy. My wife who was gone at the time of the cleaning noticed it right away and was also very pleased. The rest of the carpet looks exceptionally good as well. I had never tried Zerorez before, but I will definitely use them again. You folks are an absolute 10+ in my book. Give Shauna a raise, a promotion, whatever it takes to keep her with you. I am happy she was the person doing my carpet cleaning. She got done with the job before mine early, called me and asked if she could come on over, and I said YES. that worked out well, as I wanted as much time for carpet to dry as possible.
