I liked that there was no smell and that the carpet was "raked" when completed. Also I liked the fact that corner-protectors were used and shoe protectors were worn. Jared was wonderful and did a thorough job. He is an employee you can be proud to have.

The worker Ed that was sent out was very polite and very efficient!!! We did have to have him return due to initial spots not coming out of our carpet, not being his fault, but due to the fact that they did not show up until the next morning. Ed handled the situation and did a Great job!!
