I have used your carpet cleaning services here in Omaha and in Lawrenceville, GA. I have always been pleased with the results. This time my technician, Eddie, was awesome. He is very professional, personable and explained everything thoroughly. I called for the $99.00 special, however, Eddie explained how a couple additional treatment options would enhance the overall results. Will definitely use Zerorez again and will definitely request Eddie as our technician.

Second time we have utilized the services and extremely pleased with the outcome. Customer service is excellent. Friendly but informed personnel who do not "hard sell" but are happy to serve the customer. Price is right --- was able to utilize the $99 three room special (both times we utilized the services)... but the product sold itself, so we purchased additional services in conjunction with the "special."

I'm extremely impressed with how clean our carpet is now. With 6 large dogs, 2 cats, a child and dirty adults, our carpet was destroyed. We had severe staining and a pet smell, but our carpet looks almost new! It doesn't smell and is soft again. After 5 years of not having our carpets cleaned, I'm sold!

I thought it was easy to arrange the cleaning online. The tech that did the service was on time - the window I received was 10-1 and he was there by 10:30. His name was Eddie - he was very professional; explained things and did a great job.
