Like the part that it doesn’t make the carpet crunchy . Had a couple of bad spots that didn’t come out but we were pretty sure they wouldn’t . The guys were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing.

We hired Zerorez for duct and carpet cleaning on the same day. Two technicians - Scott and Garren - arrived for the services and both were professional and courteous. The technicians were thorough for the most part but forgot to clean some spaces - the guest bathroom vent, and carpet in the hallway linen closet. The technicians left in such a hurry without a final walk through so we were not able to bring up the missed areas. Still, the cleaning overall was satisfactory.
The service person who came, he seemed to be training another individual, was polite and professional.

We had a bad coffee spot - which looks very good, but I requested that they come back one more time, just to make sure we get it all pulled out. They were very accommodating and are coming tomorrow!

The service people are very good at what they do and appreciated the second visit. The carpet was cleaned and looks great. The one thing we are disappointed with is the product that was used to remove the cat pee( let me just add that the cat urine was only on the carpet as near as we can tell about three weeks) did not remove the smell completely after two applications which were weeks apart.
